High-performance virtual desktops with dedicated graphics
This is my specialty, and it's one of several things Advance2000 offers. Mission-critical design authoring tools are part of every pilot, so you can test your own heaviest files. The desktops are for everyone in your firm, not only the people who work in design software.
Your data, one true source
Every office and every remote employee should be working from the same files, not copies scattered across drives, laptops and email. Advance2000 can host that single, authoritative source of your project data in its private cloud, working with whichever data app your firm uses, including Panzura, Egnyte, Privata (built by Advance2000) and others. I'll help you sort out which one fits the way your firm works.
Network, circuits and failover
A cloud is only as good as the connection to it. My preferred design gives each office a private, dedicated line straight to the Advance2000 data center, plus a dedicated internet access (DIA) circuit from a different carrier that carries IoT devices and is also a business continuity line if the private circuit fails. The network is designed to switch over automatically, so your people aren't left waiting on someone to flip a switch. I help arrange the circuits, and Advance2000 can handle the rest, from design and buying the equipment through setup and installation.
Moving off your local servers
Customers move their users and their desktop and server infrastructure into the private cloud, so they stop buying and maintaining that hardware. Every firm does it a little differently. Most start with file servers, then move things like Deltek, Newforma, print servers, license servers and admin systems. Archive data can move too, and Advance2000 has archival appliances for it. I help you map out what moves and when during the demo and pilot.

I'm there from the first demo through your project meetings and the projects themselves, and I stay on as a reliable, ongoing resource who works for you.
